The sun shone on Delta Arts Council's
"Gallery In The Garden" Annual Fundraiser,
held July 10th, at Wellbrook Winery. It was a great success,
with over 60 artists displaying their work throughout the
gardens at the Winery.
Live entertainment was provided by the folk band Celtic
Doghouse. People enjoyed listening to this great band while
sitting on a bale of hay in the big old barn, eating their
lunch and having a glass of wine. What a combination; great
art, great wine, and great music.
Estimated attendance was over 1,500 people, many of whom
discovered our wines and the Winery/Gift Store, which was
open for business as usual. We would like to thank the Delta
Arts Council and all the volunteers who made the day such
a great success.
