to everyone who came to celebrate our second anniversary and special
thanks to the classic car owners that brought their cars in spite
of the threatening rain clouds. The winners of our pie eating contest
(left) are ready to defend their titles next year!

"All Canadian Wine Championships"
This year, over 40 industry professionals critiqued a record 932
entries from all wine regions across Canada, and Wellbrook wines
received the following awards in the Fruit Table Wine category.

Judging from the class evaluations, Chef Adrian's class was a great
experience. This recipe for "Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Curried Couscous" was one of the class favorites. It pairs beautifully
with Wellbrook's White Cran Apple or Peach Apricot wine.
