& Dining At Wellbrook Winery
Our first cooking class at Wellbrook was a great success. If
you missed out on this one, see below for upcoming classes.
Register early as class size is limited to 14 people.
Classes include food, Wellbrook Wines, recipes, plus door prize
and 10% off all wines and merchandise in the Winery Shop.

Guest Chef: Adrian Beatty of Seasonal Experience
Restaurant in Langley. Adrian has worked as a chef at Piccolo
Mondo, Il Nido and La Folie in White Rock. He recently opened
his own restaurant in Langley where he loves to create menus
using fresh, seasonal ingredients from our local farms.
Menu: To be announced in April.
Cost: $50.00 per person or two for $90.00.

Our second anniversary celebration will be Saturday,
May 27, 2006. The classic car show we had last year was
a great success so we are doing it again. Great prizes, lots of
