Wining and Dining at Wellbrook Winery

We are pleased to announce the spring cooking class schedule. Menus will be added to our Wining & Dining Calendar page as they are finalized. All classes are held at the winery from 6 to 9 pm and cost $50.00 per person or 2 for $95.00 (+GST).

Monday, April 16, 2007 :: Chef Adrian Beatty from Seasonal Experience Restaurant in Langley.
Adrain Beatty returns to Wellbrook for another cooking class! Adrian's previous class was a memorable one as he incorporated his love of local, fresh ingredients in exciting dishes that were easy to recreate at home. Adrian is a wonderful teacher. He believes in demystifying the art of cooking and his class was one of the best we have had at the winery. It has not been easy to get Adrian back as he is so busy these days running his restaurant and teaching at various locations! Do not miss this opportunity to cook with Adrian.
