Sunday, July 8: Delta Arts Council “Gallery In The Garden” Annual Fundraiser.
Don't miss this event that showcases the talents of Delta's Artists. Over 70 artists will show and sell their work in the beautiful setting of the Wellbrook Winery farm. PLUS, Live music and BBQ. Wellbrook Winery Will Be Open For Wine Tasting & Shopping.

Saturday, July 21: Wellbrook Winery's Third Anniversay Celebration!!
The Main Event: Our 3rd Annual Classic Car Show. Domestic and Foreign Cars, all makes and models.

Strawberry or Peach Apricot Sangria
750 ml Bottle Wellbrook Strawberry or Peach Apricot Wine
1/2 cup Brandy
Strawberry Sangria: 1/4 cup Wellbrook Fortified Raspberry Wine
or
Peach Apricot Sangria: 1/4 cup Fortified Peach apricot Wine
1 L. Bremner's Raspberry Juice
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup super fine sugar
6-8 Ice cubes
1 L Chilled Club Soda
1 Orange thinly sliced
3/4 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
or
for Peach Apricot Sangria use sliced peaches instead of strawberries.
Chill all ingredients well; stir all ingredients except ice and fruit into large punch bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add ice cubes and fruit. Serve in large wine glasses.
Makes 30-40 servings.

~ From Chef Romy Prasad of Savory Coast Cucina Mediterranean Grill: Prawn Saltimbocca with Ligurian Olive Sauce on Baby Greens (This five star recipe was paired with our Strawberry Wine and the combination was a match made in heaven. Serve at your next dinner party as an appetizer for guaranteed rave reviews.), and Confit Duck & Mushroom Risotto.
