We have added 2 new cooking classes to our Fall schedule. Please note that we are not holding any cooking classes in December.
All cooking classes are held it the Winery, and include a full meal served with our wines, recipes and food prep demonstration by our guest chefs.

Chef Glenys Morgan Presents: A New Age Christmas Feast
Glenys Morgan is back to teach another class! If you missed her last time, register early. Participants agreed it was one of the best classes they had attended. Glenys currently gives cooking classes at Barbara Joe's Books for Cooks and Vista D'Oro Farms in Langley. She has contributed to the "Girls Who Dish" cookbook series and in her spare time, she travels the world to expand her culinary knowledge.

Menu: A New Age Christmas Feast
Glenys' class will make use of our bountiful local fall harvest of cranberries, winter squash and more. She will demystify the preparation of turkey by sharing her simple, "perfect every time" turkey recipe. A Butternut Squash soup, and her cranberry mincemeat recipe that she says gets raves every time, are a few of the items on this menu that you can recreate for your own perfect Christmas dinner or holiday entertaining. A bag of Bremner's fresh cranberries will be given to each participant.
