About "Wining & Dining at Wellbrook Winery" Cooking Classes
The only rule for our cooking classes is to have fun! All classes include a full meal served with our wines, recipes and food prep demonstration by our guest chefs.
Give as a gift, or come with your friends for a great evening of good food, fun and education.
Classes are held at our heritage winery store in Ladner BC. If you are interested in a class, reserve your spot early as our classes are limited to 16 people and they fill up fast!

Class Schedule
Please Note: Our cooking class program has become so successful that our classes are selling out very quickly! If a class is filled to capacity, please contact the winery at
604-946-1868 and ask to be put on a waiting list. We are accepting names for wait lists for ALL cooking classes, and we have put on additional classes when the chef and winery were both available.

Glenys Morgan currently gives cooking classes at Barbara Joe's Books for Cooks and Vista D'Oro Farms in Langley. She has contributed to the "Girls Who Dish" cookbook series and in her spare time, she travels the world to expand her culinary knowledge.

Chef Segar Kulasegarampillai of Suvai Restaurant in Vancouver presents a Mediterranean Influence Menu
Chef Segar moved to Vancouver in 2005 from Toronto where he was a chef at Mildred Pierce, and at Ontario's culinary zenith Michael Stodtlander's Eigensinn Farm. Segar learned to source local ingredients and "how to be simple, how not to mess with food and to be true to myself."
