Summerfest 2008
 The sun was shining on Wellbrook Winery’s anniversary celebration held this past Saturday, July 19th and the turnout was great. An estimated 1,500 people took in the classic cars, local vendors, great food and inviting atmosphere.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped make it a memorable day:
· The owners of all the vintage cars and motorcycles for polishing up and bringing in their pride and joy;
· Chef Romy Prasad of Savory Coast for the succulent Salmon BBQ;
· The contestants of the blueberry bake-off for bringing in their prize recipes;
· The two judges — Chef John Kavanah and Chef Romy Prasad — who were lucky enough to taste all the submissions;
· The band [Kid Cadillac] who created a relaxed atmosphere;
· The sponsors, local vendors and presenters, who made the day a more complete experience;
· And of course the volunteers, both individuals and members of the Delta Hospital Auxiliary, without whom this event would not have been possible.
Thank you to each and every one of you for making Summerfest 2008 a great success!
